Instructions

  1. Fry the noodles until golden brown, finally add a little herb butter and turn the finished noodles in it.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces for the sauce. First fry the onions until translucent, then add the garlic, carrots, zucchini and peppers and fry. Finally refine with a little herb butter. Drain the sardines and add, they will disintegrate by stirring them. When everything is crispy, cover with sugar and fry a little more, then deglaze with white wine and lemon juice. Simmer briefly until the liquid has almost completely evaporated. Finally add the cream and crème fraîche, refine with chives, salt, pepper and thyme.
