Instructions

  1. Divide the lettuce and wash it carefully. Then tear into bite-sized pieces and drain in a colander. Cut the radishes into thin slices and the spring onions into small rings.
  2. For the dressing, mix the buttermilk with the oil, salt, herbs and mustard.
  3. Mix the salad with the radishes and arrange on plates or in a bowl. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the spring onions.
