Instructions

  1. Wash the spring onions and cut into 2 cm wide rings. Dice the boiled ham.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes over medium heat. As soon as the fat comes out, mix in the spring onions and ham and fry briefly.
  3. Whisk the cream and eggs together and season with pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Line the form with the puff pastry, fill in the leek mixture and pour the egg cream over it.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Circulating air is not suitable.
