- Cut the spring onions into thin slices. Of which 1 onion, cut, set aside (for garnish).
- Chop the remaining spring onions into small pieces.
- Cut the chives into rolls, also put a spoonful of chives aside.
- Mix the quark with cream cheese and creme fraiche to a creamy mass. Stir in the spring onions, chives and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Halve the bread slices and spread with the spread.
- Garnish the sandwiches with the spring onions and chives that were set aside.
