Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces of the same size as the carrots.
In a pan that fits a lid, heat the oil and add the carrots. Stir a few times and then add the potatoes. Fry the potato and carrot mixture, turning it several times. Roasted aromas can arise. Add the wild garlic paste. Turn down the heat and put the lid on. Stir after a few minutes and cook until it is firm to the bite. Season as needed.
For me this was a main course, as a side dish it might be enough for 2 people.
