Instructions

  1. Wash the nettle leaves. Roughly chop the banana. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife and cut into quarters. You can leave the white on, because it contains healthy fiber and does not reduce the enjoyment in any way.
  2. Finely puree the prepared ingredients together with the yogurt, cashew nuts and ice cubes in a blender. Sweeten a little if you like.
