Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with enough milk until it has the desired consistency. It shouldn`t be too runny so that it is also suitable for on bread! Add the spices and stir in, but don`t skimp on the paprika and garlic powder.
  2. Clean the spring onions and cut into 1 cm wide rings. Wash, halve and slice the radishes. Now stir in the spring onions and radishes into the quark, place a few radishes on top as a decoration.
  3. The spring quark is wonderful for a snack (directly on bread) or as a dip with a plate of cucumber and tomatoes.
