Instructions

  1. First cut the meat sausage into slices and then cut into narrow strips together with the cheese. Clean the radishes and spring onions and cut into thin slices along with the pickles. Wash the iceberg lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Mix all prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix the vinegar, oil and mustard together and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix well. If necessary, stir in a little more water. Fresh farmhouse bread goes well with it.
