Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, quark, cream, mustard and horseradish in a bowl.
  2. Peel and chop the egg. Drain and chop capers. Finely grate the carrots. Add to the cream cheese with the chopped herbs and stir. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli salt.
