We prepare products. Defrost squid. I immediately mixed all the dry spices, and I got 1 teaspoon with a slide of the aromatic mixture.
Wash squid, clean it of films and entrails. To cleanse the squid more easily, you can dip them in boiling water for a few seconds and then quickly transfer them to cold water.
Cut the peeled squid into rings.
In a well-heated frying pan with olive oil (1.5 tablespoons), fry the squid, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes, salt and pepper to taste. Put the squid from the pan on a plate.
Peel the onion and garlic.
Finely chop the onion and cut the garlic into thin slices.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chop the parsley finely.
Put the squid in a pan with sauce. Add capers and parsley.
Stir and heat the squid in tomato sauce, covered for 3 minutes. Turn off the heating.
