- Put the vegetable stock in a saucepan, bring to the boil, add the starch noodles and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, slowly add the egg and stir with the whisk at the same time.
- To spice it up, you can also add very small diced carrots to the broth and cook for 5 minutes (before adding the noodles).
