Fill the glass 2/3 full with the cold milk and immediately add the freshly brewed and still hot espresso to the cold milk. Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice.
If you prefer your iced latte sweetened, it is advisable to add the sugar to the espresso, as the sugar is difficult to dissolve in the cold milk.
