Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the lamb`s lettuce. Arrange on a plate. Peel the mango and cut into fine slices. Then spread these over the salad.
  2. For the dressing, mix orange juice, oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and cinnamon. Only pour the dressing over the salad just before serving, otherwise the salad will become limp.
  3. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Hollow out the pieces with a teaspoon. Mix the sour cream with the dill and honey. Season with salt and pepper and pour into the cucumber.
  4. Drain the pears well and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Fry the pears in a pan so that the bacon becomes crispy. If you prefer to use fresh pears, you should cook them a little soft beforehand.
  5. Arrange and serve everything together nicely.
