Peel the ginger, rinse the carrot and apple. Cut everything into small pieces and place in a tall (puree) vessel. Squeeze the orange and half a lemon and add. Puree everything well.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes and then drink.
Ideal for people (like me) who cannot eat anything solid early in the morning or who need a little energy before jogging in the morning.
