Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the ajvar and mustard. Add a splash of lemon and season with salt and pepper. Add the frozen herbs at the end.
  2. This will make the butter firm again. If it is not firm enough, you can also put it in the refrigerator.
  3. It tastes good not only with grilled meat but also with crackers, potatoes and baguettes.
