Rinse the pork and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the steaks on both sides. Remove, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest briefly.
In the meantime, heat the seasoning meat and coat a baking dish with oil.
Remove the steaks from the foil and place in the baking dish. Spread the seasoned meat on the steaks, sprinkle with cheese and put flakes of butter on top.
Gratinate briefly in the oven until the cheese begins to brown.
Serve with fried potatoes or French fries and a salad.
