Instructions

  1. Fry the steaks as usual in oil, then remove them from the pan and leave to rest in the oven in aluminum foil.
  2. Fry the finely chopped onion in the pan, then add the Roquefort cubes, add the crème fraiche, allow to melt on a low heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the steaks on plates, pour the sauce on top and serve.
  4. Green salad with walnuts goes well with it, but also French fries or baguette.
