Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the Brussels sprouts. Melt the butter in the saucepan, add sugar and diced onions and let the onions tarnish until translucent. Add the Brussels sprouts and fry for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour in the meat stock and stew the Brussels sprouts in it over a mild heat for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
