Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut out the stalk in a wedge shape. In the sink or a large bowl, dissolve the salt and water and the cauliflower for 15 minutes to drive any caterpillars out of the cabbage. Pour away the water.
Place the cauliflower in the perforated insert and fill the pressure cooker with a mug of water.
Cook on the 2nd ring for 10 minutes, then let it evaporate on its own. If you like it firm to the bite, leave it on the 2nd ring for 10 minutes and then let cold water run over the pot to let off steam quickly.
It goes well with boiled potatoes and a hollandaise sauce
