- Clean and wash a large stick of leek and cut the white and light green into 3-5 parts. Cut the tender parts of the darker green into narrow strips.
- Put everything in a saucepan and cook with 200 ml of wine and 1 teaspoon of honey on low to medium heat.
- Carefully lift the cooked larger pieces of leek out of the pot and place on a plate, drain the chopped greens and sprinkle over the pieces of leek.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- As a figure-friendly main course for 1 person, as a side dish for 2 servings, as a starter for 4 people (simply divide the leek into 4 pieces).
- Bought leek in a 1 kg package for a recipe and left a stick again? - Then this is the ideal recipe for that one leftover stick of leek!
- Great for the tight student wallet (less than 50 cents if you are not picky about wine), suitable for ww, easy and quick.
