Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and put them in water to prevent them from browning. Fill the steamer with 2.5 - 3 cm of water and add a sprig of rosemary to the water. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Put the potatoes in the steamer, sprinkle with the salt and hang the steamer in the pot. Cover and steam for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle the cooked potatoes with the parsley, arrange and serve.
