Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into eighths. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  2. Fry the bacon in the pan (do not add any extra fat or oil to the pan, the bacon gives off enough fat), sauté the onion. Add the potatoes and add enough water to cover the potatoes halfway. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for a good 20 minutes.
  3. After the regular cooking time, place the meat sausage on top of the potatoes and simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the meat sausage is hot.
  4. If the sauce is too thin for you, you can thicken it a little with flour or a sauce thickener for light sauces.
  5. Quick delicious food that even my little son likes!
