Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onions, ginger and garlic until golden. Add the turmeric and salt, fry briefly and then add the cabbage and chillies, mix well. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  2. When the cabbage is cooked, add the coconut flakes and let cook briefly until almost all of the liquid has boiled away.
