Put in a saucepan with sugar, chocolate, whipped cream and whole milk and heat slowly until everything is melted. Keep stirring with a whisk.
Chop the peanuts thoroughly with a hand blender (I keep doing this in the pot).
Let cool down, stirring again and again.
When the liquid has cooled down, add the rum. Fill everything through a filter using a funnel into a large bottle.
The liqueur should keep for a few weeks in the refrigerator. Ultimately, only the cream or milk can spoil, which is why it is better to use H-products.
Some remarks:
I have deliberately avoided eggs, they taste so delicious and there is no risk of salmonella. The amount of rum can of course be increased if it tastes better and can also be replaced with vodka. If you like, you can reduce the amount of sugar, I think it`s perfect with the specified amount.
