Mix the minced meat with the onions, salt, paprika powder, pepper, minced meat seasoning and tomato paste.
Heat the margarine in a saucepan, add the meat and fry briefly. Halve the leek lengthways, wash well and cut into narrow strips, add to the meat and fill up with the stock.
In the meantime, break the spaghetti into pieces approx. 4 cm long and cook al dente according to the instructions on the packet, rinse and drain well and add to the meat and leek. Season to taste with spices and tomato ketchup.
