Peel or clean the potatoes, carrots, peppers and tomatoes and cut into cubes or bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Put everything aside
Season the minced meat with a spice mixture and mix in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Shape them into small balls.
The ingredients are layered in a saucepan as follows: 1 tablespoon oil, 2 tablespoon tomato paste, onions, meatballs, potatoes, carrots, peppers, tomatoes. Pour approx. 800 ml of broth over the whole thing and put the lid on. Bring to the boil and boil for about 10 minutes, then turn the hob down to medium temperature. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and dried mint (if necessary add ½ teaspoon chilli flakes). Add the garlic cloves. Let the stew simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Tilt the lid at a slight angle.
When the vegetables have softened, the dish is ready to serve.
