Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the tomato. Place the tomato slices in a small pan and season with salt and pepper. Then finely chop some of the herbs and sprinkle over them. Place the fresh or thawed cod fillet on top of the tomatoes and herbs. Pour a touch of salt over it and sprinkle the remaining herbs over it. Put the lid on and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes with the lid closed until the cod is cooked through. The tomatoes are pretty crumbled afterwards, but still tasty.
  2. I like to have a salad and bread with it. Other side dishes will of course be careful.
