Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and quarter the stewed cucumbers. Then remove all seeds and cut the cucumber into cubes.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
  3. Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, mustard and salt and pepper and stir-fry until it is colored all around. Add the cucumber cubes and let everything stew for about 15 minutes. Stir every now and then. Season with 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. At the very end, stir in the sour cream.
  4. Arrange on plates with the potatoes and serve immediately.
