Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and add the potato slices. Cut the onions into cubes and add to the potatoes. Season with pepper and salt. Leave the lid on the pan during the cooking time.
  3. Turn the potatoes in between. Remove the lid in the last 5 minutes and turn the potatoes several times until they are cooked.
  4. Fried eggs and pickles go well with it.
