Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into half slices and sauté in olive oil,
  2. Salt, pepper. Press in the garlic, tear apart the basil leaves and add. Let the whole thing simmer a little and then add balsamic vinegar and season with pepper and soup stock powder.
