Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and thyme, add the softened butter and mix well. Finally add the milk and knead everything well until a fine dough forms
  2. Roll thin rolls (less is more!) On hazelnut sticks and hold them over the embers. The stick bread is ready when it can be removed from the stick without leaving any residue.
