Wash the turnip stalk, cut into 2 cm pieces, do not use the bottom 5 cm of the stalk. Finely dice the onions and sauté in a little oil. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
Add the turnip stalk to the onions and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Add the sweet potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add the pesto.
When the sweet potatoes are done, mix everything together and season to taste again. It goes well with crispy duck or meatballs!
