Knead all ingredients well and form a long roll with a little flour. Cut small slices and form walnut-sized balls. Press this flat in the palm of your hand or on the work surface with a little flour (0.5 cm) and bake on a greased tray or lined with baking paper at 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
Children shouldn`t eat too many of them as they are stimulating.
