Instructions

  1. Dice the zucchini, tomatoes, bell pepper and feta cheese. Heat some oil in the pan, fry the zucchini and paprika, add the tomatoes and cheese and cook for about 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning.
  2. Rinse the fish, pat dry and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and fry with a little olive oil. Arrange on a plate with the vegetables.
  3. Instead of pizza seasoning you can also use fresh basil.
