Instructions

  1. Dice all vegetables. First heat the olive oil and sweat the onion. Then add the vegetables and cook until they are firm to the bite. Season to taste with salt, pepper or a little granular instant stock and finally fold in a mug of creme fraiche.
  2. Serve with jacket potatoes or baguette.
