Instructions

  1. Prepare Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the carrots and leek into thin slices and the chicken into pieces.
  3. Put the oil in the pan and heat it up. Put the carrots, leek and chicken in a wok or pan and fry on medium heat. Season with pepper, salt and soy sauce. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cook until the vegetables are a little softer. Drain the water a little. Add the bean sprouts to the vegetables and fry them briefly.
