Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the peppers and zucchini into strips. Halve the snap peas, cut the mango and turkey meat into cubes. Season the meat, brown in oil, remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, fry the paprika and zucchini, deglaze with the stock and simmer for about 8 minutes. Briefly boil the cracked peas. Fold in the rice and mango, season to taste and heat.
