First cut the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Then fry the chicken pieces in a little oil. When these are browned, add the vegetable pieces. Now pour the sauce over it and stir everything well. Then simmer until the vegetables are cooked but not mushy, stirring occasionally.
If necessary, season with salt and pepper (for me personally it is enough through the sauce).
I always serve rice noodles with it, but rice goes just as well.
