Cut the onion and smoked tofu into cubes and place in a hot pan with a little vegetable oil. Fry the oil.
When the onions are translucent, add a dash of soy sauce. Mash the natural tofu with a fork and fry it in the pan for about 4 minutes (longer if you like) so that the roasted aromas develop. Add turmeric and season with plenty of salt and a little pepper. If you prefer the scrambled eggs a little more juicy, add a little silk tofu or soy milk.
I missed scrambled eggs so much that I ate the scrambled tofu for a week.
