Finely chop the raisins and marzipan. Knead the fat in flakes, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla sugar, prepared raisins and marzipan to form a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and put in a cool place for approx. 20 minutes.
Form the dough into long snakes on a lightly floured work surface and cut into pieces approx. 10 cm long (makes approx. 56 pieces).
Whisk the egg yolks together. Brush the rolls with it and devour 2 pieces each. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C, gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Then brush again with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with the fruit mix. Bake for about 5 minutes to the end. Dust with powdered sugar.
