Mix the fruit mix, stollen spice and rum in a bowl and let steep for 20 minutes. Melt the butter and mix with the eggs, sugar, honey and milk. Sift the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt into it and stir everything into a smooth dough. Mix the fruits with the batter and place in paper muffin cases.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at around 170 degrees Celsius.
