Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches while collecting the juice. Cut peaches into thin wedges and add 1 tablespoon. Drizzle with rum or some rum aroma and let it steep for a moment. Mix the mascarpone, quark and 3-6 tablespoons of peach juice in a bowl until smooth. With sugar, 1-2 tablespoon. Season the rum or rum aroma and the lemon juice to taste. Put some grated chocolate on the side to decorate and stir the rest into the mascarpone quark cream. Possibly set aside.
  2. Spread the marinated peach wedges on 4 dessert plates and pour the cream on top as a large blob. Sprinkle the remaining crumble on the cream and decorate with mint leaves if you like.
