Instructions

1. Mix the quark, the scraped out vanilla pulp and the vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the chocolate flakes and stir in.
2. Beat the cream and cream stiffener until stiff. Fold into the quark cream and stir a little. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
