Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan. Scrape out the vanilla pod, add the pulp and pod to the milk. Add the vanilla sugar and sugar. Let everything boil briefly. Take off the stove, let rest for 5 minutes and take out the vanilla pod. Pour milk into a bowl in which the pudding will be served later. Put the gelatine and 6 tablespoons of water in a small cup and let it soak for 5 minutes. Stir into the still warm milk with a whisk until it has dissolved. Then put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. In the meantime, whip the whipped cream until stiff and grate the chocolate. Fold in the chocolate and whipped cream. It is best to put it in the refrigerator overnight so that the pudding gets the right consistency.
