First cut the tomatoes into slices. Seasoned in a pan with salt and pepper and fry over medium temperature. Turn once and divide into 2 portions in the pan. Now place the Gouda cheese on the tomatoes and let it melt.
In the meantime, spread the bread with a mixture of ketchup and the sweet and sour sauce. If you like, you can toast the bread briefly beforehand or use toasted bread straight away.
When the cheese has melted, pour the tomato and cheese mixture onto the bread.
Put a little fat in the hot pan and carefully beat in the eggs, making sure that the yolks stay intact. Salt, pepper and, when the egg white is firm, turn it once briefly.
Finally, put the eggs on the bread.
Tip: A crunchy leaf salad with spring onions and cocktail tomatoes tastes good with it!
