Wash the strawberries, clean them carefully and cut them into small pieces. Let it steep for 2 hours with the sugar or honey.
Then cook the strawberries together with the vinegar for 5 minutes. Add the wild garlic fruits, pepper and lemon peel and cook the mixture for another 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture hot into small, easily sealable jars and store the jars in a cool and dark place.
The strawberries have a very long shelf life and give starters, salads and rolls a particularly smart note.
