Wash and clean the strawberries, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, dust with 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and mix everything together. Chill for 15 minutes and let it steep.
In a second bowl, mix the yogurt, quark, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 level teaspoon powdered sugar and stir thoroughly to form a smooth cream.
Fill a dessert glass in layers: first cream, then strawberries, then cream again and finish with strawberries. Pour in the resulting strawberry juice.
