Instructions

  1. Make a cream from 2 egg yolks, cognac and a pinch of nutmeg and the sugar.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the cream. Spread the strawberries in glasses or bowls and serve with the cream. Garnish with strawberries.
