Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries, quarter them and marinate with a little sugar for about 1 hour.
2. Mix the mascarpone, cream, vanilla sugar and sugar to a cream. Arrange the cream on plates. Arrange the strawberries decoratively on top and pepper.
3. Spread the balsamic cream over the whole thing in a zigzag pattern and sprinkle with the freshly chopped basil leaves.
