Roughly crumble the amarettini and soak them with liqueur and coffee. Cut the cleaned strawberries into pieces and mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the mascarpone with curd cheese, yogurt and lemon juice well and add sugar to taste.
Divide the Amarettini mixture between 4 dessert glasses, put a little cream on each and distribute half of the strawberries on top. Put the rest of the cream on top and finish with the remaining strawberries.
